Join Alex for an energising Hatha Flow class. A guided meditation, chakra focused flow with assisted shavasana.
Classes are currently taking place at Sense of Ofir! A luxury hotel in the holiday destination of Ofir, only 40 minutes from Porto.
Surrounded by water, Sense of Ofir is know to have one of the best Kitesurfing spots in Europe. With different spots for surfing, wingfoil, SUP etc all in walking distance to the house. Most days, we teach Hatha Flow at 11:45am to help stretch out the body and clear the mind of clutter before jumping into the water.
We have a special class for Surfers and Kitesurfers, every Saturday at 18:00. A mindful practice to stretch out the specific muscles that can get a bit overworked with surfing and kitesurfing. Don’t be fooled though, these classes will also build strength in your core and limbs! Helping to improve your performance on the water!
