26&2 (full sequence) at 17:30 – 18:45

Wednesday

Hatha Flow at 17:30 – 18:30 @ The Fitness Hub

Thursday

Yoga for Climbers at 17:30 – 18:30

26&2 at 19:45 – 21:15 @ Yogafurie

Friday

30 Minute Hip Stretch at 12:00 – 12:30

Hatha Flow at 17:30 – 18:30

Sunday

26&2 @ 9:00 – 10:00


How does a virtual class work?!

Zoom is a video conferencing platform that allows you to join your yoga teacher on a video call. A log in with Zoom is free. All you need to do is create an account. When signing up to your yoga classes, you will be sent the details needed to access the class. Click on the link your teacher has sent you and ta da! You’re in. Its all very clever!
