Virtual Yoga!

A timetable created for uncertain times. Virtual yoga brings your favourite classes to your living room. Using a laptop, tablet or even your phone, to join a Live yoga class in the comfort of your own home.

Classes available:

Yoga for Climbers – A strong series to fasciliate a sturdy core, supple hips and balanced shoulder girdle.

26&2 (Bikram)- A series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. A dialogue led class, usually held in a hot room of 40c. Shorter, 60 minute classes available as well as the usual 90 minutes.

Hip Stretch – A 30 minute hippy stretch. Added especially for those who have been working from home! Working through any built up tension stored in the hips. A short, hip opening flow with some longer holds on the floor to really dig deep and release.

Rejuvinating Hatha Flow – A meditative sequence designed to revitalise every system in your body. Improve flexibility, build strength and bring peace to a busy mind. Suitable for all levels.

26&2 @ 12:00 – 13:00

Rejuvenating Hatha Flow @ 17:30 – 18:30

Thursday

26&2 @ 17:30 – 19:00 (70 – 90 minutes)

Friday

30 Minute Hip Stretch @ 12:00 – 12:30

Rejuvenating Hatha Flow @ 17:30 – 18:30

Sunday

26&2 @ 9:00 – 10:00


How does a virtual class work?!

Zoom is a video conferencing platform that allows you to join your yoga teacher on a video call. A log in with Zoom is free. All you need to do is create an account. When signing up to your yoga classes, you will be sent the details needed to access the class. You click on the link your teacher has sent you and ta da! You’re in. Its all very clever!

To book in for 26&2 (Bikram) classes, go to the CityZen website

To book in for any other classes, contact Alex through via social media or email alexmeadeyoga@gmail.com. These classes are donation based, pay what you can afford or join for free
